Maybe it's because we are one of the only facilities in Maine that have properly trained technicians and the correct, factory-level diagnostic tools needed. We work on all years of BMW vehicles, even those still under factory warranty.
We are one of only two shops in Maine to belong to BIMRS, a non-profit association of independent BMW and MINI service shops dedicated to education and training. Each year, we send our technicians to the annual BIMRS conference for up-to-date training from BMW North America.
